Emily was at Nia’s, house who so fastidious that she would get so annoyed. Her father was deployed so Nia was moody.  Her mother was mean to her so it was crucial for Emily to be there for her.  Emily walked into Nia’s room, she loved her room it had azure waves painted on the walls.  When Emily was done looking, she looked for Nia. She wasn’t there, but how could she just disappear. Emily ran out of the room to the backyard when she saw Nia on the swing she began to decelerate in her running and calmed herself.

                                                        It was Saturday morning and Evan and his family were hiking through the woods. What the family didn’t know was that the woods were haunted by evil spirits. Evan was a fan of legos and would take one with him His parents needed to go to the restroom so they left him alone with sister, Samantha. Samantha started to act amiss, she was becoming irascible. Evan had no idea what was going on but had to follow her deeper into the woods. Evan didn’t want his parents to worry so he left them a sign…his lego on a tree stump.

 

      The Beta Fashion Show was one of the new event’s Beta Academy was hosting. The scholars of the middle school participated in the Beta Fashion Show on May 4,2018. On the day of the fashion show, many of the scholars were very apprehensive. Elizabeth Rodriguez said,” I was nervous and uncomfortable yet it was eventful.” The groups of scholars would go up and read their paper while their model demonstrated their outfit. This was all taking place in the Gym where a runway was placed for the models. The models would go up on the runway and would pose for the audience. Some of the models would be sassy and others would show elegance. This was all orchestrated as a writing assignment for scholars. The scholars of middle school learned about descriptive writing. With the Beta Fashion Show, many scholars put their knowledge to the test.

Everybody has that best friend or group of friends that you have the most fun with.

This song can describe how close our friendship can be and how sometimes we have crazy ideas. The song that emulates me is “Best Friends” by 5 seconds of summer.

One of my favorite parts is where it says, “Through heaven and high water .”This line is one of my favorites because it’s so true.No matter what my friends will be together through good and bad times. The second lyric “I don’t run away when your face says, ‘Achoo’ but I run to get you a tissue.”This is important because it means that we will all stick together no matter what. The last part if the song is where I chose, “Even every time I’m mad at you …” The lyric stands out because even if we get mad at each other we will just forget it and still be “Best Friends.”

With all of this in mind, my song “Best Friend” not only encompasses me but also my friends. It also shows that no matter what happens they’re still my best friends.

The people of Monarka believe that the gods would protect them day and night. It was said that the golds would hold the earth in place with one long rope and that if the gods were ever to let go that the whole existence of humans and animals would perish. That is why every day all the families of Monarka would hold rituals and offer the finest jewelry and clothes. If they gave the gods the finest jewelry and the finest clothes the gods would hold onto that rope for one more day and spare the life on planet earth.

Not wanted

They said she was part of the ocean.

So she ran to it with open arms,

but they did not want her.

So she came back to her so called family.

They told her that they

” always wanted a girl, but we had you.”

Her heart broke into a million pieces scattered all around the world.

She went down, down, down, but they did not want her.

So she went up looking around thinking why nobody wanted her.

People would always tell her she brought death, sadness, and bad.

But that’s why, she had understood why, why nobody wanted her.

She was…death and bad. Now she had understood why.

But now she was ready, ready to take on the world good or bad she was ready.

Lucy was so excited. She had been chosen to be one of three centurions for protecting mundanes. It was a privilege to be chosen. Since she was a lttle girl she heard stories of the haughty manners of the mundanes. Especially, the stories of the impetuous decisions the mundanes would make. She had studied and trained very hard to enroll in the selection. She was in the top 20 out 1000 gardians. This was amazing, she had fought till the end. The  other 2 centurions were waiting for her, she said goodbye to her family knowing it would be 1000 years for her return.

Africa:

We were running across the field. We were running from the wild animals. It all started when we were on a tour to see the wild animals at the Zoo. Soon they started to get wild. Jessica and I were seperated from the group and we started running for our lives. Once we started to reach the end of the humangous cage , the tiger was blocking our escape. We tried to trick it into letting us go by, fortunately the zookeepers got here on time and tranquilized the tiger and we were able to go back home traumatized.
